Returns & Exchanges

At Penelope's, we want you to love every piece you wear, but if a fit isn't quite right, we offer easy returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition with all tags attached to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the unworn items with original tags in their original packaging or a secure mailing box.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of receipt.
